Stitching out feathers

Back to the feathers again.

Today I am going to post a few of the stitching out videos that I did over the holidays.

 

 

 

This first video is stitching out the over the top feathers. I am using a dark thread so that you can see the stitch out. If you match your thread color to the fabric that you are stitching out on. Your burp will not be as noticable.

Here I am stitching out the inside curve. I will apologize my husband was filming with the ipad, and he was not used to the ipad he hit the stop button ( close button) before I had finished stitching the last of the curve. I beleive that you get the ideal with what there is.

 

 

 

Here I am stitching out the outer curve.

 

 

 

here is the stitch out of the curve. Take a look at how you come into the tight curver your back tracking become smaller and your feathers wrap around each other.
